  • Provide a broad range of analytical and transaction support to the management and supervisors.
  • Perform a variety of tasks including preparation of marketing materials, modelling and credit analysis of client transactions, management of internal legal and compliance requirements, management reporting.
  • Develop a knowledgeable understanding of the customer portfolio and industries covered and to help manage those relationships alongside the teams.
  • Providing support to the teams in any capacity so that they can focus on adding value to the customer relationship.
  • This requires proactively engaging with the team members in relationship management, including accompanying the teams to customer servicing, and gaining detailed understanding and maintenance of the KYC process/requirements.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations of customers behaviors.
  • Research competitors, distribution and other transactions and make suggestions for the organization to improve revenue.
  • Be proactively involved in every phase of the deal process
  • Perform and present research to support generation of new business opportunities
  • Coordinating with internal functions to obtain all required approvals for the execution of transactions
  • Understand product and market dynamics through comparable and markets analysis
  • Credit analysis and preparation of credit applications
  • Keep up with industry trends

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking or financial services environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of corporate finance valuation and financial accounting concepts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a major in Finance or related studies, having exceptional academic performance
