Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Ensure that stores are stocked with the right types and quantities of products at the right time
  • Work and communicate with warehouse team , EDP team &  sales team
  • Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake
  • Recommnedation for monthly Promotion with seasonal products & sales promotion with JTBD
  • 52 week analysis report with detail action plan (Weekly)  
  • Forecasting sales and profits, and planning budgets
  • Weekly Replenishment to stores & deposit counters
  • Colleraboration with supply chain & Logistics team for FDA application 
  • VM Order & VM merchandising (Ensuring that merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favourable shelf placement.)
  • Monitoring slow moving items and ensuring that best sellers are meet their full potential
  • Couching new merchdisers to conduct their merchandising tasks
  • Execute for merchandsiing strategy & deliver the process to junior to conduct their tasks
  • Monitoring and analyse Digital and E-commerce sales data & operation process
  • Inititate, organize the team to execute some merchandising process to finish in time

  • Love to calculate the number & Strong logical thinking 
  • Strong analytical Skill & Micorsoft Skill ( Advanced Excel level prefer)
  • Good at forecasting and paying attention to new and upcoming beauty trends
  • Good negotiating and influencing skills
  • Ability to multi-task whilst working under pressure
  • Ability to delegate; teamworking, motivational  skills
  • Good verbal and written communication English skills
  • Good Colloborative skill
