Job Descriptions:

1. Support all aspects of the network management process assuring requests, implementation, and problems are delivered as required with no impact to the global communications environment.
2. To provide service and infrastructure availability, ensuring systems and products are properly configured and maintained by performing all Service & Infrastructure Operations activities according to standards and procedures or customer requirements.
3. Responsible to provide proactive fault monitoring and expert level incident management for the entire set of products supported in the Command Centre.
4. Perform troubleshooting and fault resolution of reported/detected faults by investigating the issue, identifying the cause and implementing the fix based on troubleshooting guides.
5. Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations.
6. Provide Service & Infrastructure Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
7. Implementation, operation and maintaining of ISP system server. SAS, NAS, Monitoring and Billing system.

1. Requirements
   1. Bachelor’s degree, IT or related field.
   2. Previous work experience as a networking engineer.
   3. Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco, JUNOS, and IOS & networking hardware including CPUs, wiring, and routers.
   4. Familiarity with communication and routing protocols, network analysis tools including Solar Wind.
   5. Proficiency with coding languages including Python and Perl. Linux, database query.
   6. Excellent leadership, High level problem-solving & communication skill and mentoring skills.
