Job Purpose:
To perform international business (international direct dialing and roaming) activities, including daily reporting of traffic / revenue / unusual traffic patterns, as well as promotion campaigns planning and implementation.
 

Principal Accountabilities:
• Daily reporting for both IDD and roaming
✓ Daily IB/OB traffic and revenue for IDD and Roaming
✓ Monitoring unusual traffic/revenue trend
✓ Monitoring daily traffic to most important destinations for outbound
✓ Daily packs sold of valid retail proposition for IDD and Roaming
✓ Adhoc reporting upon business needed
• Create, plan, execute, monitor and revise promotional campaigns on international roaming and IDD services, in order to promote the products and to communicate product readiness to user
✓ Working together with regulatory /CBS / RA/VAS /MyTelenor App /WEB/Marcomm
✓ UAT for both pre and star postpaid before product launch
✓ Updating product info on Web if any changes required
✓ new destinations / pricing / Q&A

✓ WEB, social media
• Customer Communication
✓ WEB, FB and managing CLM campaign for International Business products and services
• Monitoring SIM BOX (Legal route Vs Illegal /route – for IDD voice and messaging)
• Working with revenue assurance, IT , customer care and vendor teams to unblocking outbound SMS
• Working with external vendor for managing roaming platform
✓ Delivering Welcome SMS to own subscribers roaming outside Myanmar and welcome back SMS when they landed back to Myanmar
✓ Updating/campaign SMS upon any pricing changes
• Document any relevant transactions and produce reports regarding international roaming services, to keep records and to support decision-making at management level.
• Identify and deal with risks and concerns that may occur during project period to deliver the expected outcome of the project, and mitigate any threats in quality.
• Collect feedbacks from relevant parties and perform evaluation to ensure that business requirements are acknowledged and met.
• Report all issues/variances with planned work to ensure any activities outside normal procedures are communicated in a timely and accurate manner.
• Learn to use professional concepts and company policies.
• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field; Business or Computer Science is preferable.
• Knowledge and interest in International Telco services (roaming and international direct dialing) and Wholesale business Vs Retail business.
• Data analytics (Excel) & attention to details.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills with proficiency in English language.
• The ability to drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
