Job Description

  • Risk Assessment on personal loan (housing Loan & Hire purchase) prior to summit to respective credit committee
  • Collaborate with colleagues across business unit for the quick loan process & effective communication
  • Use market and industry knowledge to ensure the risk exposed is mitigated
  • Monitoring the existing portfolio to comply with the guideline set by the authority
  • Monitoring the loan pipeline to ensure loan applications are effect
  • ively distributes to the respective analyst
  • Train up junior analyst in the field of credit analysis
  • Perform back testing for NPL accountsPerform other duties as assigned by Senior manager and Dy-Head

Knowledge & Skills

Essential

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Through underwriting of financial statements & related    accounting policies
  • Well versed in legal loan documentation
  • Effective business writing & professional communication skills
  • Team player
  • Adapts easily to new environments and can work with a variety  of people
  • Able to use Microsoft package

Education & Special Training

Essential

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, economics and/or industry specific qualifications

Experience

Essential

  • At least 2 year of relevant credit experience

Languages

Essential

  • Strong communication skills in both English & Myanamr language
