Responsible of day-to-day outlet operations involving oversee all front & back of the house tenants’ operations
Ensure compliance of company policies, best practices and operations SOP
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service, respond to customer complaints tactfully & professionally
Ensure that staffs understand and adhere to food hygiene and operational procedures.
Ensure outlet hygiene, cleanliness and housekeeping standards are in place and maintained at the highest level
Maintain quality control for all food served
Assist to conduct on-the-job training to motivate and develop staff

Job Requirements
Significant work experience in supervisory roll and deep knowledge of the food industry
Minimum 3 years experience in food & beverage industry
Good Level of English 4 skills & Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office
Create & Manage team schedule.
Eager to learn and able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
Knowledge of inventory and ground stock taking
