Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the digital banking operation staffs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of digital banking daily operation including daily closing, reconciliation, system issue support, prepare reports and training.
  • Ensure that all services and activities regarding digital banking operation are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the support for digital banking system issues.
  • Perform as operations subject matter expert for the Digital Bank, acting as a primary contact in answering operational questions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the department’s products and services
  • Collaborate with the other stakeholders for escalation issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of information technology, business, banking and finance or other relevant academic backgrounds.
  • At least 3+ years of relevant working experience in Banking Operations, preferably in area of internet and mobile banking operation or similar role.
  • Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details.
  • Be a good team player, self-motivated with positive thinking plus able to deliver multiple projects/tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and proficiency in English.
