Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Provide medication counselling to help customers better understand their prescription medications.
  • Accurately measuring, preparing and distributing proper medications to the customers
  • Consulting customers on how and when to take prescribed medications
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment according to company and government standards
  • Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records and removing expired and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory
  • Keep tracking of inventory regularly
  • Manage, Supervise and Train pharmacy sale staffs
  • Keep up to date with new drugs, products and their usages
  • Keep up to date with FDA Rules & Regulations
  • Ring Pharmacy Sales accurately
  • Display stocks according to merchandising standards
  • Provide high level of customer service
  • Maintain company machines and equipment in workplace
  • Execute operations initiatives and promotions on time
  • Participate and in company trainings and events
  • Lead the team with integrity and work closely with senior management team to execute business action.
  • Complete and submit all store required administrative reports on time
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and any related diploma/certificate.
  • Minimum 4 years and above experienced in related field, retail background will be preferable.
  • Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, and pharmaceutical brands.
  • Good customer service skill and Leadership skill
  • Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
  • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
  • Honesty, Hardworking and good team worker.
