Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Ensure proper power dimensions to meet SLAs and power system performance objectives are met
Manage the customer expectations by coordinating with customer relation managers.
Serve as point of escalation for significant incidents that interrupt service availability or diminish performance
Identify the need, reviews PNOC analysis, and/or approves power service improvement plans to address problems or improve service.
Understand solar or other energy optimization plans to decrease cost of power delivery charges.
Responsible for overall vendor service credits calculation and settlement.
Coordinate and mediates cross-vendor/internal team delivery issues, in collaboration with CNOC.

Explore alternative power solutions by liaising with different power equipment suppliers and test POC.
Demonstrate a detailed understanding of service management processes, service level agreements and contracts, and assesses whether they are appropriate or require modification.
Recommend technology improvement opportunities/practices which are arises from the market trend.
Conduct technical training to the team members
Advise service center for power equipment spare usage, finding alternative PE spares.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree Holder specialized in electrical/electronic engineering is a must
Diploma in operations & project management
Prefer 10 yerars + relevant experience in complex engineering (energy, power delivery), or leading NOC, O&M type of projects
Achievement in implementing several projects or O&M, NOC, energy, power delivery.
Operational expereience of working in Myanmar & must be telecom power delivery business expert
Must have a wide knowledge of different power system & equipment
Ability to take accountability for pilot power projects, as well as hold others accountable to achieve implementing alternative power solutions.
Ability to contribute to the vision and lead the team (project team when allocated) to achieve the vision.
Must be result oriented.
