• Ability to interact with and gain the trust of key clients
• Actively participate in new business development including proposal writing
• Own client relationships and work with exceptional organizational and relationship skills
• Researching, writing, translating and distributing press releases to targeted media; collating, Analysing and evaluating media coverage
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual PR reports
• Develop and lead PR strategies from formulation through to execution aligning them with the client’s key business objectives
• Attending and promoting client events to the media
• Build strong relationship with media and third party suppliers for the best rates
• Stays abreast of emerging technology and recognizes opportunities to apply the technology to meet client goals
• Fully participate in brainstorms and create workable programs for new business and existing clients

Job Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in PR industry or the equivalent experience with an agency model
• Good English and Myanmar language skills highly required
• Demonstrated results in public relations work, client service and account leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism or related studies
• Passion for both traditional and digital communications
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with plan execution
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced team environment
• Interpersonal skills, good presentation skills and confidence
• Flexibility, determination and the ability to cope under pressure
• Enthusiastic teamwork and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work on more than one project at a time
