  • Responsible for the company's leadership conference affairs, business travel interpretation work
  • Managing and supervisor all duties of Government Relations Supervisor.
  •  Following, renewal, maintain all company related documents.
  •  Communicating with Governmental entities to issue licenses, business license and other related documents, permit as required & well communication with  corresponding government departments.
  • Build up good communications with related departments.
  • Provide report on monthly basis for all government relation processes.
  •  Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by Deputy MD.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in English, Communications, Public Relations,business management  or related field will be prefered
  • At least 2years of experience in public relations field will be required.
  • Applicants must have proficiency in English.(Chinese will be prefered).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
  • Excellent managerial and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
