Support to site project team with cost related issue and contractual issue
Preparation of quotation for sale team
Assist on running the project and follow up with the client's requests for materials
Preparing bills of quantities and request quotation for tendering and post contract functions
Review of tender drawings/ documents , checking materials from locals, request PO of foreign materials
Sub-con awarding , certification of claim, finalization of account
Preparation of Draft Contract and stamp duty of awarded project
Submit and negotiate contract variations, additional works, snags and maintenance orders
Work closely with Project Manager and solve Contractual issue, liaison on material arrival dates, the progress of project schedule, etc.
any others assigned tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirements
Excellent organizational skills, a high level of initiative
Microsoft Office (Power point, Word, Excel, MS Project)
Able to use AutoCAD and Sketchup
Must be able to work in Hlaing TharYar Industrial Zone
