Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- You will be undertaking the role of a Recruiter for our corporate clients.

- You will be responsible for the end to end Recruitment function - from meeting clients, understanding their recruitment needs, drafting and posting job advertisements,
shortlisting candidates, interview arrangements, conducting interviews, offer management, preparation of salary packages etc.

- You will look at building and developing current sales channels, recruitment strategies and prioritize the different recruitment mediums.

- You will be reporting to Directors in Singapore

- Solid ability to conduct different types of client meetings, as well as candidate interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

- Ability to multi-task and work well across different business functions

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Burmese
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Recruitment experience within IT or Finance related market is a definite advantage
