Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for preparing and submitting the Risk Reports (BI Report and PPI Reports) to International Risk Management Division timely.
  • Responsible for managing and preparing the Quarterly Risk Report involving the credit risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, compliance risk along with strategic risk and market risk of MFI sector.
  • Oversees the risks inherent in the branch level and ensuring the branch performance alignswith the internal circulars by supervising monitoring function.
  • Supervise and support Monitoring team in order to come up with accurate and timely monitoring Branch-wise reports together with monthly reports.
  • Review and collect the monthly Monitoring Reports and Branch-wise Reports from Monitoring Officersand report to Managing Director
  • Supervise and review in preparing the Monitoring Action Plan and Special Case Reports
  • Responsible for analyzing and monitoring whether Microfinance functions are in compliance withexisting country AML Laws and Financial Regulatory Department rules and regulations

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensurethe implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourageothers to do so
  • Adapt and support to achieve BRAC mission in terms of the social performance managementobjectives as well as the financial performance through its high valued workforce

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of any Bachelor or MBA if preferrable
  • Experience of 4~7 years in Microfinance operations and especially in risk and compliance matter
  • Ensuring written and verbal policies and regulations of an organization are kept in check
  • Excellent relationship with good presentation and commercial skills
  • Must be adaptable, innovative, and possess good analytical skills & sound judgment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Prefer Female Candidate
