  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Researching and analyzing the market and competitors
  • Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
  • Prepare daily sales report and Quarterly business plan.
  • Direct contact of prospective clients through personal visits and phone calls.
  • Achieve periodic sales targets, provide sales forecasts, and proactively take initiatives to improve sales performance.
  • Extensive Market & Industry research to Identify new opportunities.
  • Follow up of quotations as needed and communicate the positive or negative feedback in respect of being able to source the competitive rate to support of all business opportunities.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner.

Job Requirements

  • 2 ~3+ years’ experience in Freight Forwarding service including air & sea freight (export/import), Consolidation & custom brokerage.
  • Full knowledge of shipping & logistics market.
  • Owning a database of clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Sales Skills, Customer Service Skills.
  • Good understanding of market trends and demand.
  • Strong communication skills- Good organizational skills
  • Team works oriented
