Sales Experience:
- Able and confident to easily communicate with Managers, HR Directors, Owners of large companies
- Be able to develop strong customer relationships
- Personally, manage customer Accounts
- Able to create an active "prospect" pipeline
- Can qualify customers’ needs and requirements
- Be able to deliver great customer service
- Able to identify issues and provide solutions
- Know how to overcome Sales objections
- Comfortable to take sales rejection
- Able to actively work towards agreed sales targets

Marketing Experience:
-Participate in various Marketing/promotions
-Understand competitors and how to overcome
-Assist in continual product/service improvement
-Work with Marketing to develop creative pricing
-Assist in developing company's Marketing plan to support our clients
