Key Accountabilities

The Senior Sales Executive presents Armani Brand in all facets of style and hospitality as our premier sales team within each store. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering the shopping experience to each client and upholding the highest level of service.

Detail Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Sell productively while meeting or exceeding the minimum sales per hour goal set as per company policy.
  2. Greet and acknowledge clients with a friendly and engaging attitude.
  3. Assess clients’ needs by listening to their cues and recommending products that fit their personal style.
  4. Educate clients on product knowledge (fit, styling, trends and fabrication)
  5. Work collectively as a team to create a shopping experience that exceeds the clients expectation as outlined in the Selling program.
  6. Uphold Brand Values of Respect, Teamwork, Professionalism and Praise.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor that meets both visual and operational standards.
  8. Handle the Multi Cash and supporting to Assistant Manager.
  9. Train the Customer Service and Product Knowledge to Sales Executive.
  10. Supervise the Sales Executive’s Daily Sales Performance.
  11. Actively engaged in developing more effective customer service skills.
  12. Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customer’s expectations.
  13. Maintains store appearance and merchandising standards as directed.
  14. Ensures that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas.
  15. Monitor the Loss Prevention guidelines and deter shoplifting by providing excellent customer.
  16. Assist with stock related and housekeeping tasks.
  17. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.
  18. Make sure before leaving.
  19. Such as swift off light and key handling.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate / Sale and Marketing Diploma.
  2. 3 Years’ experience in a fashion retail or customer service related environment.
  3. Excellent verbal communication skills.
  4. Demonstrate a passion for customer service.
  5. Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
