Job Description

  • Participating in coaching sales managers, supervisors and sales executives builds their sales capability to achieve by training them and support their professional practice with theoretical and on-field coaching.
  • Exercise route to market distribution strategy with standard procedure and facilitate by guiding our salespeople in visiting customer’s shop to increase sales effectiveness by analyzing data under route to market KPI.
  • Continuous monitoring on salespersons performance after training and follow up to engage flexibly all levels of salespersons by leveraging IT tools for sustainable development of sales and discipline.
  • Ensure end to end quality and accuracy of data captured in the system by users.
  • Lead on gathering and analyzing of business data, generate and simplifying information, reports on necessary to be easily understand by the whole team and present at meeting.
  • Assist in research, develop and propose sales development plan to Line Manager and Head of Sales.
  • Coordinate with different departmental teams to support sales team.
  • Rapid decision making on easy jobs, eager to fulfill committed jobs to finish within timeline and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to build strong relationship with all levels of salespersons and synchronize well as not only team oriented but also independent key player within internal team.
  • Understand and analyze on problems and find solution  Other jobs assigned by Line Manager and Head of Sales

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree, preferable for business-related degree or diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales and distribution at FMCG company, strong IT knowledge especially software-related, workshops and extensive experience on sales capability or coaching.
  • Knowledge and understanding route to market standard and their implementation.
  • Good knowledge at team management and leadership, ability to understand how to improve sales person’s behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and active listener, interpersonal, confident presentation and influencing skill.
  • Proficient in English with all 4 skills (Listening, Speaking, Writing and Reading).
  • Excellent computer and internet skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Internet browsing, .. etc).
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, highly motivated, enthusiastic proactively working with positive mindset.
  • Able to travel
