  • Responsibile to hit monthly/ quartely/ annual sales/revenue/ new acquisition targets
  • Distributor (DTR) shortlisting and appointments as per business plans and guideline
  • Shortlisting and appointments of Channel Sales Executive (CSE) in agreements with distributor
  • POS selection and appointments as per guideline and scheduling
  • POS registration and verfication as per standards
  • Coordincation with operation team for POS onboarding
  • Ebalance and Cash float management
  • Monitor and provide guidance to distributor to achieve sales and service targets
  • Support trade marketing in planning and estimation of merchandising items and execution at POS level
  • Ensure that area of assignments and contributions are appropriate to meet organization needs while persuing improved performance
  • Be accountable for other works as assigned for immediate line manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Holder
  • 2+ years relevant sales and marketing experience, Telecommunication retail business preferred
  • Familiate with retail environment, dealers and channel management
  • Ability to creat and implement business strategies that grow sales & margins and manage key business metrics
  • Innovative and creative ability to identify and evaluate creative ideas, focusing on those that will create competitive advantage
