  • Medical Instrument များနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် Maintenance, Repair, Troubleshooting, Calibration  များ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • Technical Management မှ ရေးဆွဲထားသော Service, Installation, Customer Complaint များအား Schedule အတိုင်းပြီးမြောက်အောင် စီမံကွပ်ကဲရမည်။
  • Service, Contract, Repair, Installation, Spare Parts များကို အချိန်နှင့် တပြေးညီ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းနှင့် Management ထံပြန်လည်တင်ပြခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
  • Customer ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်နှင့် လိုလားချက်ကို ကောင်းစွာသိရှိနားလည်ပြီး အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေး ရမည်။
  • Customer Satisfaction နှင့် Confidence ကိုအထူးအလေးထား‌ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • Customers များ၏  ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းခြင်းကို ကောင်းစွာနားလည်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုနှင့် နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်း ဆောင်တာများကို ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း နှင့် ရည်မှန်းချက်ပြည့်မီရန် ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • Team တစ်ခု ဖွံဖြိုးတိုးတက်လာစေရန် မိမိတို့၏ organization နှင့် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်တို့ကို ညှိနှိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

Senior Service Engineer (Medical)

  • B.E, B.Tech, AGTI, B.Sc (Electronic, Physics, Electrical,Chemistry) ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိပြီး သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Medical Instrument လုပ်ငန်းနယ်ပယ်တွင် Service & Troubleshooting နှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး အနည်းဆုံး လုပ်သက် ၃ နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
  • Communication, Presentation, Teamwork and Problem solving skill ရှိရမည်။
  • Technical Management အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Language Skill ကို Intermediate Level (Myanmar and English 4 skills) တတ်ကျွမ်းရမည်။
  • IT Skill ကို Intermediate Level (internet, email and Microsoft Office and Network ) ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ အချိန်မရွေး  နယ်ခရီးသွားနိုင်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ ပြည်ပသင်တန်းများသွားရောက်နိုင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး သင်တန်းပြီးဆုံးပါက ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ သတ်မှတ် ချက်နှင့်အညီ စာချုပ်ချုပ်ဆိုနိုင်ရမည်။
