- Working for the facade, Proficient in the construction process of the curtain wall, installation

process, quality inspection method, acceptance process, etc.

- Coordinate with external vendors and schedule appointments.

- Oversea vendor performance to ensure timelines and quality.

- Undertaking surveys.

- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity Surveyors and

the overall project manager.

- Supervising contracted staff.

- Setting out sites and organizing facilities.

- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.

- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.

- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.

- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.

- Can read, write and speak English well.

- At least (5) years and above experience in Site Engineering field.

- Holding Bachelor Degree in Engineering and more prefer Engineering License.

- Good in interpersonal skills and communication skills.

- Strong technical capabilities on various related software application including but not limited to: Auto CAD(2D/3D), Microsoft Project, MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook), E-mail and Internet.

- Able to work under stress situation, can work under pressure.

- Need to work overtime and travel when necessary.

- Flexible to move any location depending on project site.

- Can join the work immediately.
