Encompass the skill set to design and propose applications designs to meet clients’ requirements and given budget by clients.
Has resource management skillset to perform tasks assignments, optimizes processes, improve workflows and plan projects effectively.
Plan and participate in all phases of projects following standards of SDLC or Agile processes where applicable.
As a senior, to be able to lead and guide the junior developers by assessing their capability, provide knowledge transfer, conduct simple training to ensure team deliver their tasks effectively and within given schedules.
Will be in charge of managing overseas resources for tasks and deliverables.
Troubleshooting and analytical skillsets to analyse and perform fix or find solutions to rectify issues reported.
Able to communicate well among team members for ease of work and create synergy within the team.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering with Computer major or related technical field.
Minimum 4~5 years’ experience or equivalent proficiency in application design and programming.
Strong development skills in PHP, Laravel framework, client frameworks (HTML5, JQuery, NodeJS, ReactJS, etc.), MySQL, Mongo or Oracle, Web services (JSON, REST, Web API), Frontend - HTML, JS, CSS,
Skills in Java, J2EE technologies. Flutter, IOS and Android development are plus factors.
Good language skill in English
Able to work independently, as a team
Able to work effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Good to have:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with project management, being the primary project manager and have also led a technical team.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing external clients for projects.
Perform risk management for projects assigned.
