An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Reporting to Head of Software Engineer, under the supervision of Assistant Head of Software Engineer
  • Will work closely with other operation teams such as Sales Team and IT Team
  • In charge of Project Implementation, Product Training and Client Support
  • Participating in Project Kick-offs to learn the nature of client’s business and operation flow
  • Bridging gap between business and technical teams during new requirement, development and implementation
  • Working closely with clients to meet the requirements and standards, implementing the Software accordingly
  • Precisely following the supervision and guidelines, following the project plan, timeline and milestones set up by Project Manager
  • Conducting product trainings to the employees of clients
  • Supporting the clients’ enquiries and handling feedback in a professional manner

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated
  • At Least (4) years above Software Engineer or Product Engineer experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • A cooperative person, having teamwork skills
  • A good communicator, both to colleagues and clients
  • Adequate knowledge in English, IT and/or Business
  • Works well under pressure
  • To have ERP/HRMS/CRM Software Knowledge
