  • System Development (Especially in Design Document Phase to Integration Testing Phase)
  • Project management of progress management, quality management, Issues/QA management, Team management
  • Understand all members skill-set and make assign tasks effectively
  • Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
  • Create the UT/IT/ST/RT Quality Report and do report to leaders and PM effectively
  • Manage team members’ development and team progress management based on schedule and take action if delay occurs

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge on Java Foundation and Java Web Application Development or .Net or PHP or C#
  • Experience in project scheduling, quality control or progress and issues management
  • Strong interested in Project Management and System Development by using Java technology and take challenge of new technology such as Cloud & Informatica
  • Able to control all project members (up to 10 members)
  • 4 years and above experience in System Development field
  • Must have Japanese Level N3 and above
