Our office will be moving to Pun Hlaing Campus, Hlaing Tharyar on 2nd week of November. 

Position Purpose

Senior Specialist, Strategic Business Analysis role is responsible for supporting the strategic planning process and transformation of the key strategic projects for process improvements:

1. Supporting the strategic planning process by conducting collection and analysis of information including market data, competitive intelligence, commodity price data, competitors’ activities
2. Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements as part of DMM's digital transformation
3. Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
4. Performing data gathering, analysis, research, and reporting for assigned projects
5. Communicate and create effective visuals to convey data/info in easily digestible manner with clear takeaways
6. Participating in the market sizing exercises for the business planning
7. Contributing to DMM’s growth plan – both organic and inorganic
8. Performing additional related duties as assigned

1.    Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing and listening);
2.    Highly organized and analytical;
3.    Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
4.    Ability to prioritize and work on a diverse range of activities simultaneously, never losing the focus into requirements and effective delivery;
5.    Attention to detail, and ability to deal with ambiguity, changing circumstances and multiple priorities; and
6.    Willingness to go the extra mile

Experience, Functional Skills, and Knowledge Areas

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related subject – e.g. Finance, Economics
2. 4-7 years in corporate strategy, business planning, management consulting, VC/PE.
3. Expert in developing effective work relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external across any level of the organization.
