An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare for the banking document  for T.T (or) L/C.
  • Check and pay Import  expense charges& custom clearance  charges. 
  • Pay Freight Charges and Border Trade Charges to Shipping Agent (or ) Forwarder.
  • BL instruction by mailing depand on situation and confirm the shipping documents by mail to forwarder.
  • Issue for commercial invoice,packing list, country of orign and sale contract.
  • Inform the shipment information to related department.
  • Prepare for the Sale contract.
  • Prepare shipping instruction and send to supplier and forwarders.
  • Check shipping documents and mailing with supplier and forwarder.
  • Buy insurance for arrival goods after confirmed BL date.
  • Send the packing list of on the way shipment to warehouse department.
  • Create PI for CIF project after confirmation the price with procurement department.
  • Record the list of import data and clearance data.
