Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Overview of all the Structural related works.
  • Working with Project Management team to the completion of projects to handover stages.
  • Document works and other relative records collection for the project BCC matters.
  • Reporting to Construction Manager and Project Manager about any site issues, progress, man-power, procedure, specification, etc…
  • Managing the Contractor's Site works.
  • Attending the necessary meetings and following up the subjected site matters highlighted.
  • Checking with the Site Engineers daily site works to ensure that schedule works are done.
  • Co-ordination of Contractor's Site works.
  • Monitoring the Material testing list and material sample lists.
  • Working together with Safety, QC, MEP and other staffs to ensure the site is safe and progressive.
  • Communicating with MEP, QC and Contractors to make sure right information is provided in the team.
  • Follow-up and chase the Contractors for the rectification works as per time to time requirement.

Job Requirements

  • B.E (Civil) or AGTI (Civil) .
  • Minimum 5 year experience in related field.
  • Good English Communication skills of written and verbal.
  • Able to use computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Email & Internet)
