Inventory management of spare parts
check weekly report from LSP and confirm with MOC based on weekly report usage
Check monthly ground check list at LSP warehouse
Merge information gathered from regional warehouses and LSP warehouse as an inventory list
Check spare parts requirement of the network and service from LSP weekly report and regional warehouse report
Receive and check the new spare parts from vendors with packing list
exporting faulty parts and importing process

Prepare for signing on invoice and packing list(need to attach with official letter)
Prepare the official letter for MD & Dy director
When we got the export and import license, request to procurement team to make the custom clearance with request letter and sometimes need to go together.
