System Integration: Responsible for coordination of tasks and resources related to system integration, validation of testing and implementation.
SDLC (System Development Life Cycle): Have a proficient understanding of multiple system/application development life cycles, software development, requirement gathering and analysis, document preparation for software development, process and workflow monitoring to meet with project schedule
Data Quality: Maintain data quality at all times.
Application Upgrades and Implementation: Identify new functionality and/or hardware requirements related to application upgrades and implementations. Creates test plans. Responsible for review and validation of functionality.
Data Confidentiality/Security: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Project Management: Have the knowledge for project management and work together with Management Team, plan for development timeline and resource requirements, resource allocation and monitoring, reporting to management, Participation in each stage of project and delivering completed software products to client, etc.
Customer Communication and management, good communication skill and presentation skill for software development (MM and ENG).
End User Training: Ability to create training content. Facilitate more detailed user training sessions. Ability to train and mentor peers.
Team Management: Lead team members and sharing knowledge, work together with cross team members, share project information between team members, etc.
Documentation: Responsible for the quality and validity of produced documents. Extract and document customer/business requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
5 or more years of related work experience (for senior position)
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of a variety of server operating systems, storage systems, databases, and scripting languages
Very strong customer orientation
Ability to analyze complex systems and workflows
Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the work of a major program or function
Ability to use appropriate interpersonal skills to give information to and receive information from coworkers and clients
Ability to identify risks and issues
Ability to develop solutions for new and unfamiliar challenges
Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and interpret results
Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation and interpersonal skills.
