• Work hand in hand with the team to create web-related and mobile-related features for the website. Identify opportunities to create business value and improve the user experience, based on user research.
• Understand target users deeply: develop or work from user profiles and conduct task analysis, create user scenarios or use stories.
• Define UX requirements, create wireframes and prototypes of system functionality and workflows while creating UI designs for web & mobile in functional and aesthetic manner.
• Conduct usability testing and execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the Engineer / Developer.
• Design, build, and maintain websites using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.
• Perform or direct website updates according to the organizational requirements.
• Write, design or edit web page content and coordinate with others producing content.
• Confer with Management and Head to prioritize projects, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or recommend solutions.
• Identify web service issues uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct or refer problems to the appropriate personnel for correction.
• Evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, properly structured, meets industry standards and is compatible with browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Maintain understanding of current web design technologies and programming practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.
• Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.

Skills & Experience

• Must have solid and verifiable experience with CSS and HTML, JSON, JavaScript, ReactJS / VueJS, JQuery.
• Must be familiar with Adobe Suite such as Photoshop / Illustrator / AdobeXD.
• Proficient in some wireframing and rapid prototyping tools (e.g. Invision, Axure, Sketch, Figma, Framer, Balsamiq, Principle etc.) or designing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
• Experience with Laravel CMS or similar CMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, from an accredited college/university, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Web Development experience.
