Duties and Responsibilities

Supervising of Finance processing staff.
Checking of Finance processing transactions and reports.
Highlighting accounting improvement opportunities on specific processes and accounts and partnering with operations and accounting teams to implement
Creating complex reports and spreadsheets which may utilize specialized software and systems
Collaborating with business partners to ensure proper accounting of all material contracts and commitments
Providing introductory and ongoing training and education to staff

Job Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or other related academic backgrounds (Certificate in ACCA is preferable!)
Have at least 8 years of working experience in related field (experience in Banking industry is preferable!)
Have ability to do business process improvement methodologies (Knowledge of International accounting standards is preferable!)
Able to lead and supervise team
Good in communication skills, technical skills, analytical skill and problem solving skills.
Excellent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
