Implement operational policies/procedures and oversee security operations.
Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, motivating and training warehouse employees and monitoring their work performance
Handle space management and maintenance of the warehouse
Control of Stock Inventory In/Out
Ownership of the inventory database accuracy and completeness
Checking of physical stock and ensure the accuracy of the database and reports
Resolving stock discrepancies
Prepare and analysis of the inventory reports
Drive for the process improvement and assets tracking ERP system implementation

Job Requirements

5 to 10 years experiences in handling inventory, logistics and warehouse management
Detail-oriented, good accuracy with numbers and organized
Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
A team player and a good leadership with good interpersonal and communication skills
Initiative and self-motivated with integrity (trust-worthy, honest & hard working)
Ability to work independently and occasional overtime
Computer proficiency especially with Excel/database/ERP and in English
