A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • To keep system monitoring  for IT business systems in 24*7 by NMS software (Net Neumen , I2000, ZMC, Zabbix, Nagios etc ).
  • To inform all alarms ( service impact alarm, important alarm and abnormal KPI graph) to related vendor and responsibility department in time.
  • To escalate an issue to technical support team and responsibility department.
  • To communicate and collaborate with the related vendor.
  • To  create the ITSM ticket when alarm occurs and furthermore calling , mailing and other software (Wechat).
  • To fill updated information daily in summarize document.
  • To deliver KPI report to related department (8Hourly ,Daily and Weekly) in time.
  • To handle the new upcoming systems.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in information technology environment.
  2. In depth knowledge about Linux  and Networking technology and concepts.
  3. Bachelor degree in Technical University.
  4. Good healthy person.
