• Approach, greet and offer assistance to customers• Perform vehicle inspection and/or test drive• Recommend repair scope and/or service measures/recall and provide repair cost /time estimate• Explain coverage of warranty and goodwill claims• Provide customer mobility options during job order acceptance• Promote actively further Aftersales services and products• Keep customer schedule commitments/obtain approval and inform the customer promptly about possible changes• Coordinate with Quality Assurance that the correct work has been performed• Issue proforma invoice and ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed• Handover customer vehicle in a professional manner and explain the invoice• Handle customer complaints as well as escalate special cases to Reception Supervisor• Implement customer lifecycle follow-up measures such as regular maintenance reminders to increase customer loyalty• Share knowledge and best practices about customer handling with other employees• Familiarize regularly about new products and technologies• Provide regularly customer feedbacks to Reception Supervisor• Provide detailed customer information across all departments as required and in line with information security regulations• Facilitate update of customer database and records with relevant Aftersales information• Another assign by reporting manager.

Job Requirements
• Any graduate with Mechanical or Mechatronics• At least 2 years’ experience in Automobile service field• Strong knowledge of Automobile products• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills• Well knowledge about customer service• Good command of English is a preferable
