- To ensure that overall, inspection and certification of parameter
- Participate in training and development program for all Engineering staff and build up their development
- Initial skills training for new recruits and monitors this whenever possible.
- Responsible for assessing project requirements
- To summit the monthly reports to Chief Engineer and ensure that all administration files are kept up to date
- To advice and provide for Technical service
- Responsible for analyzing and interpreting the service manual
- Ensures proper procedures are maintained for all stock items received and issued
- To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills
- To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations
- To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to customers and colleagues
- To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the company thus identifying a high level of commitment
- To repair and maintain Lonking Machinery.
