Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Schedule monthly servicing
  • Schedule monthly 24 hours on-call team members
  • Arrange daily maintenance schedule of technician in area of responsibility (including call back and emergency mantrap issue)
  •  Support technicians on technical difficulties
  • Coordinate with Service Operation Admin to identify parts replacement and service sales
  •  TO perform handtools inspection quarterly
  • To take action on technician service sheets comments.
  • To check and order monthly service accessories (oil, grease etc)
  • To list service defects and plan for improvement works
  • Handle customer feedback / calls on a daily
  • Check and send for approval for monthly overtime, meal allowances and taxi charges
  • Ensure all related service sheets are properly kept and filed for records
  • To lead parts replacements work
  • Coordinate with Service Operation Admin to identify delinquant account and to follow up for payment as a team
  • To record all call back into the call back list.
  • To record all maintenance units planned (estimated) and actual done on a monthly basis

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 5 years working experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Must exhibit a commitment to continuous learning
