Service engineering နှင့် Client treatment team များအား ကြီးကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
မိမိဌာနမှ အဖွဲ့သားများအား ထိရောက်စွာမျှတစွာ စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ရန်နှင့် မိမိကုမ္ပဏီ၏ရည်မှန်းချက်၊ မိမိအဖွဲ့ ၏ရည်မှန်းချက်များကို အကောင် အထည် ဖေါ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်းရေး စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်၊
မိမိကုမ္ပဏီ၏ စက်ပစ္စည်းသဘောသဘာဝများ၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုစံသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ၊ လေ့ကျင့်မှုများကို ဖေါ်ထုတ်သတ်မှတ်ရန်၊
တိုးတက်လာသော အင်ဂျင်နီယာဝန်ဆောင်မှုဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းများ၏ နှစ်စဉ် ကြိုတင် ဘဏ္ဍာငွေ စာရင်းအား တွက်ချက်ရန်၊
ဖေါက်သည်နှင့်ပက်သက်သော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကို မိမိအဖွဲ့သားများ၏ မှတ်တမ်းများမှ စုစည်းခြင်း၊ အသေးစိတ်ဆန်းစစ်လေ့လာခြင်းများပြုလုပ်၍ အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှုရှိသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုစီမံကိန်းများ ဖေါ်ထုတ်ရန်၊
မိမိ၏ အဖွဲ့သားများအားလုံး လိုအပ်သော ကိရိယာတန်ဆာပလာများ ဖြည့်တင်းပေးရန်၊ အထူး ကောင်းမွန်သော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ပေးနိုင်ရန်အတွက် သင်တန်းများစီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်၊
HR Dept. နှင့် ညှိနှိုင်း၍ မိမိအဖွဲ့သားများအရည်အသွေးမြင့်မားလာစေရေး သင်တန်းများရရှိအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
Procurement Dept. နှင့် ညှိနှိုင်း၍ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ ဆက်စပ်ပစ္စည်းများ ဝယ်ယူရေးတွင် အချိန်မီ ရရှိနိုင်ရန်အတွက် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
မိမိ၏အဖွဲ့သားများဖေါက်သည်နှင့်ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင်လေးစားသောပြုမူပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံ တတ်စေရေး လမ်းညွှန်ကျင့်ကြံစေရန် လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်၊
မိမိ၏ အဖွဲ့သားများမှ နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ ပြသနာများ ဖြေရှင်းရာတွင် အကြံဉာဏ်ပေးခြင်း၊ လမ်းညွှန်မှုများ ကူညီထောက်ပံ့ရန်၊
ပြည်တွင်း/ ပြည်ပ စက်ပစ္စည်းပေးသွင်းသူများနှင့် မိမိကုမ္ပဏီ၏ စီးပွားရေးချဲ့ထွင်မှုများအား ညှိနှိုင်း ဆွေးနွေးရာတွင် ပါဝင်ရန်၊
စီမံကိန်းများ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရာတွင် မိမိ၏အဖွဲ့အား ထိရောက်စွာ ဦးဆောင်ဦးရွက်ပြုရန်၊
မိမိ၏ဌာနရှိအင်ဂျင်နီယာများ၏ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများပေါ်မူတည်ပြီးဖေါက်သည်များ၏ တုံ့ပြန်မှုများကို စောင့်ကြည့် အကဲခတ်ရန်၊
ဖေါက်သည်များမှ အင်ဂျင်နီယာများ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအပေါ် ကျေနပ်မှုရှိမရှိ သိရှိနိုင်ရန် Customer tracking system စီစဉ်ဖေါ်ထုတ်ရန်၊
မိမိ၏ ဖေါက်သည်များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်၊ ပြိုင်ဖက်များ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပုံစံများထက်သာလွန်သော ဝန်ဆောင် မှုများ ပေးနိုင်ရေး အစဉ်အမြဲ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရတရားသဖြင့်ပေးအပ်သောတာဝန်ဝတ္တရားများကိုကျေပွန်စွာဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊

Job Requirements

BE (MP, EP)
Above 5 years’ experiences in service engineer.
Above 25 years old.
Be able to do trips in the whole Myanmar.
Be Healthy and interesting in serving Job.
Good cooperation and communication skill
Ability to prioritize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem resolving skills, developing options and implementing solutions
Microsoft Office (word, power point, excel), internet and email
Driving license (more preference)
