  • Handle inquiries or requests on claim payments, insurance coverages and other policy related matters
  • Plan and organize corporate events for existing or potential customers
  • Produce marketing or benefit-explanatory materials and maintain them up-to-dated
  • Conduct benefit seminar for the employees
  • Support sales staff in their marketing efforts
