Perform 24/7 Monitoring of CvBS and VAS and Mobile Money and CDMA AAA and DMS systems with Rotating shift Duties.
8-Hourly, Daily and weekly KPI report for CvBS and VAS and Mobile Money and DMS system.
Weekly KPI Report for CDMA AAA severs.
Realtime monitoring of various CvBS and VAS and Mobile Money and CDMA AAA and DMS system servers through NMS softwares.
Timely informing to related Departments and Vendors for Critical and Major issues and manage to recover the alarms.
Timely updated information on Service Impact alarms.
Create ticketing for impact alarms and assign to related vendor.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in information technology environment.
In depth knowledge about Linux server and Networking.
This position requires the ability to effectively prioritize and to be a proactive thinker.
Ability to work with employees at all levels in a professional and proficient manner.
Good healthy person.
Ability to work 24/7 shift duty.
