This position is under Customer Care Department (Call Center) and report to Manager and Customer Care Director.
- Set up and control working schedules, check attendance for agents.- Directly answer difficult cases and update the error on the website.- Control call traffic to ensure maximum productivity of the answering.- Report periodically the results of the implementation of the connection indicators for the BOD.
- Productivity is maintained, ensure connection rate in shift.- Periodically report on result of KPI (connection rate, productivity…)
- Solve arising issue in shift.

Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree Holder- At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service (Call Center) as Shift Leader.-Good Command of English in Writing and Speaking.
