Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

This position is under Customer Care Department (Call Center) and report to Manager and Customer Care Director.

- Set up and control working schedules, check attendance for agents.
- Directly answer difficult cases and update the error on the website.
- Control call traffic to ensure maximum productivity of the answering.
- Report periodically the results of the implementation of the connection indicators for the BOD.

- Productivity is maintained, ensure connection rate in shift.
- Periodically report on result of KPI (connection rate, productivity…)

- Solve arising issue in shift.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service (Call Center) as Shift Leader.
-Good Command of English in Writing and Speaking.
