Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Coordinate with customers, warehouse team and traffic control to ensure shipping orders are fulfilled on schedule and prepare reports if necessary
  • Create accurate Export and Imports documents whilst adhering to in house procedures and international rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate documentation and transport for imports and exports worldwide.
  • Completing export certificates (EUR1, ATR, C/O...)
  • Issue clearance instructions for imports. Record keeping.
  • Manage folders from beginning to an end ensuring adherence to International compliance.
  • Provide shipping support: Dealing with Couriers and FF arranging dispatch, issuing export documents filling and any other tasks required to complete the job.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
