1. Responsible for the shop drawing teams by using the Tekla software.2. Responsible to produce the shop drawings as per scheduling and make them all clear for the users.3. Develop and coach the subordinates in drawing team and share about the uses of Tekla software.4. Deal with the project manager about the technical issues related with incomplete information in the design drawing.5. Responsible to check the status of the drawing produced by subordinates and point out about the weak / wrong points.6. Plan the manpower aligned with the projected workloads in the future.7. Working closely with the Management Team to recommend/suggest for all Design and Technical Services activities.8. Creating individual training and development plans for each team member and others related department.9. Working closely with production to understand manufacturing requirements.

Job Requirements
Must have Bachelor Degree in B.E (Civil) or B.E (Mechanical)1. Over 5 years of working experience in related field, especially in steel structure industries2. Able to lead a team3. Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently4. Required to be resourceful, pay attention to details and has good communication skills5. Proficient and strong knowledge in Steel Structures Design, AutoCAD2D/3D, Tekla & Structural Engineering6. Myanmar Nationality
