Job Description

We are looking for a Shop Operation Manager who is passionate about luxury jewelry and who has a strong background in sales and customer service. The Shop Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising sales associates, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury jewelry market, as well as excellent people skills and a proven track record of achieving sales goals. If you are a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for luxury jewelry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilites:

Able to manage sales fluctuations; Must have worked as an Operation Manager.
Must be able to develop sales plans and exceed sales targets.
Sales data must be collected and maintained.
Must be able to manage employees.
Provide training necessary to develop and develop employees' business skills.
Must be able to make and submit reports to management on time.

Any Graduate.
Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Must be able to work with organization and have good management skills.
Must have experience with gold shops.
