-Meet sales target by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff-Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service-Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures-Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards , Stock Control-Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)-Manage shop cash inflow/outflow and arrange necessary payment process with Finance Department-Manage staff recruitment, resign, salary calculation, can go to related government organization-Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance-Additional shop manager duties as needed

-Bachelor’s Degree Holder
-Age 23-30 years-Previous experience in a supervisor level (or) retail position (or) consumer product sales-Must demonstrate strong initiative, self-motivated and motivating the work of subordinates-Is Resourceful and is good at solving problems, is highly organized-Strong leadership, management skills, decision-making skills, interpersonal, and multitasking skills-Work well under Pressure and deadline-Computer literate (Office 365), willing to learn and use software, technology
