Job Description

  • Working to KPI's and must be achieve revenue target as set by GM.
  • Managing of showroom's daily operation. (Sales, marketing, Admin & etc),
  • Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitoring the overall performance of the sales team.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
  • Preparing report of sales team by collecting sales information and statistics. And 100% update reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on CRM software.
  • Regularly attending sales meeting and training sessions.
  • Participate on behalf the company in exhibition or conference.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and market trends.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
