Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Lead candidate selection, data collection, and validation for new sites.
  • Submit permitting applications. Attend CDC meetings, and obtain  approvals as required.
  • Prepare lease packages and documents as required for site leasing.
  • Facilitate communication between site owners and internal departments (finance, rollout, etc.) 
  • Help meet project deadlines and drive the project forward with support of the project manager and other resources.
  • Facilitate project tracking and scheduling requirements and maintain all project information and documentation.
  • Generate and submit purchase order requests, payments forms and necessary data. 
  • Submit invoice requests and maintain a record of all transactions
  • Perform duties as assigned by the project manager/ HoD.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • At least 3 years experiences in related field
  • strongly experience in Site Acquisition background
  • Should be good knowledge of site acquisition
  • Ability to work as part of a Project Team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
