Purpose of the Role:
The Site Acquisition Coordinator responsibility is to monitor, coordinate and personally verify site progress activity of the assign vendor/hunter agent, including legal requirements, SAQ criteria and time to time issues that may come up for immediate resolution.
Provide immediate feedback to SA Assistant Manager regarding any query raised.
Prepare the plan and schedule to manage the vendors/hunter agents and make sure that the SAQ process has been followed and properly delivered on time.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Work with the Site Acquisition Officers/Coordinators/Managers of the assign vendor/hunter agent to make sure the deliverables expected and the time frame to obtain targets.
· Keep track, record and control all the documentations process.
· Support to all the areas in the SA process of info validation and site acquisition through coordination. Including Legal and technical aspects.
· Provide support to the Site Acquisition Officers in queries raised by the landlords or any issues on fields.
· Setting up weekly meeting with the vendor/hunter agent to ensure deliverables of sites.
· Provide daily, weekly and monthly report to the SA Assistant Manager.
