• Disciplinary management of the entire Construction Team.
• Must be able to communicate well with departmental organizations and prepare and send office letters if necessary.
• Must be able to visit local sites.
• Must have obtained a degree from a university.
• Must have at least (3) years of experience as a Site Admin Head in construction works.
• Must be over 35 years of age.
• Preference will be given to those who can enter the job immediately and serve long-term.

• Construction Team တစ်ခုလုံး၏ စည်းကမ်းထိန်းသိမ်းရေး၊ နေထိုင်စားသောက်ရေးများစိတ်ဝင်စားစွာ စနစ်တကျဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။• ဌာနဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်စွာဆက်ဆံပြောဆိုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ပြီး လိုအပ်ပါက ရုံးစာများ ပြင်ဆင်ရေးသားပေးပို့နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။• နယ် site များတွင် သွားရောက်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။• တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။• Construction လုပ်ငန်းများတွင် Site Admin Head အဖြစ်အနည်းဆုံး(3)နှစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ဖူးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။• အသက်(၃၅)နှစ်အထက်ဖြစ်ရမည်။• အလုပ်ချက်ချင်းဝင်နိုင်ပြီး ရေရှည်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်သူအား ဦးစားပေးမည်။• နေ/စားငြိမ်း စီစဥ်ပေးသည်။
