Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. Identify and secure new potential sites for the company
  2. Collect and compile site photos for entry for all concerned sites (new and old)
  3. Provide up-to-date status, information and photos for all assigned sites in master site list
  4. Ensure site maps and photos are created and kept up to date for all sites they are responsible for
  5. Process and obtain all necessary permits and approvals for acquiring new sites
  6. Ensure on-time payment of any rents and government fees
  7. Provide weekly input into the site development planning process
  8. Monitor production activities to ensure assets are delivered on time and matching there required specifications
  9. Sign-off on completion of production and submit completion reports
  10. Monitor and request maintenance (tree trimming, relocation, repairs, etc.) for all sites they are responsible for
  11. Represent the company when liaising with site owners, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant Government authorities
  12. Maintain and develop relationships with local Government stakeholders and / or landlords
  13. Gather and analyse local outdoor media industry trends to the senior management on a regular basis

Job Requirements

  1. Fluency in Burmese (both written & spoken)
  2. 1-3 years of experience working with government officials, local councils and related parties
  3. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  4. Resourceful problem solver, extremely organized and highly-motivated
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Willingness to travel (up to 40% of the time)
