Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

 

  1. Managing parts of construction projects
  2. Overseeing building work, infrastructure
  3. Undertaking surveys
  4. Setting out and Levelling the site
  5. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
  6. Supervising labors
  7. Supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
  8. Preparing site reports, analyses, budgets, risk assesment and another document for tenders
  9. Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
  10. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
  11. Estimating the civil work

Job Requirements

  • B.E (CIVIL)
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in building, infrastracture and in related field
  • Must travel any location in myanmar
  • Must estimate civil work
  • Must have strong team work skill and communication skill
  • Must have negotiation skills
  • Must have project management skill  and problem solving skill
  • Must be willing to work with flexible days and hours including weekends and holidays if necessary
